It is always assumed that everyone invited would know the language the officiant is speaking at the wedding, maybe one or two that speaks a different language. For me I had just half that spoke English. Half of what was left spoke German and the other half spoke Japanese. It was wonderful to work with a bride and groom that helped me speak with their families. They all knew what was going on during the ceremony and the love from every one was over whelming. I felt like I was part of the family, we laughed and chatted. No matter the language, no matter if we understood each other I know that we have all had a wonderful time. I wish, bless, and safe travels back to their home countries and a wonderful life hoping that one day we can all meet again. I love officiating weddings. I get to meet the best people and step out in the world and expand my knowledge. My blessings on the families and couples.
